Alix Earle Responds To Breakup Rumors With NFL Boyfriend

Is Alix Earle still dating NFL wide receiver Braxton Berrios? She provided an update on her love life during the latest episode of her "Hot Mess" podcast.

Berrios and Earle went public with their romance in May 2023. Even though Berrios joined the Miami Dolphins that year, he was coming off a four-year stint with the New York Jets that included an All-Pro season in 2021. Earle, who graduated from the University of Miami, certainly approved of the Dolphins signing her boyfriend.

"When I first started hanging out with Braxton, he was still on the Jets. Probably like a month or so into hanging out, he got traded to the Dolphins," Earle said. "I was like, 'Oh, that's convenient. I happen to live in Miami.' I've probably only been to two football games in my life before I started dating Braxton."

It didn't take long for Berrios and Earle to become social media darlings. While they usually receive a ton of love from their followers, the latest drama isn't exactly desirable.

Now that Berrios is a member of the Houston Texans, fans are wondering if he's still dating Earle. They haven't been together every night like they were during his run with the Dolphins.

Earle made it clear this week that she's still with Berrios. They're just trusting each other as they work through this long-distance phase.

"When we go out without each other, everyone's like, 'You and Braxton are broken up because Alix is out at a party without him.' I am allowed to go out without my boyfriend and I think we just trust each other," Earle said. "It's not a crazy concept to us. Like imagine if Braxton was like, 'You can't go out tonight.' I would be like, 'Well, this isn't gonna work out for me.' We just kind of trust each other."

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model added, "I love my boyfriend."

So there you have it, folks. Despite all the rumors circulating online, Berrios and Earle are still an item.
