'All on the Nice List!' Knox Gives Adorable Holiday Interview
USA Today Sports

One of the Buffalo Bills’ Christmas wishes has already come true. In a Week 16 schedule that sees 20 teams play on Christmas Eve and six more play on Christmas, the Bills are fortunate enough to return home for the holiday.

They’ll take on the Los Angeles Chargers in SoFi Stadium on Saturday instead, sliding into a prime-time spot to help cement themselves as a factor in the AFC playoffs.

Before the trip, Bills tight end Dawson Knox joined a junior reporter for an interview asking the tough questions that come before Monday’s presents can be opened.

The interview gave some brief insight into Knox’s holiday takes. Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You” tops his personal holiday song charts, and he delivers a pretty good rendition of “Jingle Bells,” too.

Like a good teammate, he made sure his Buffalo teammates avoided the naughty list.

“I don’t think so, I think they’re all on the nice list and deserve presents,” Knox said.

Grant, the reporter testing his journalistic chops, then asked his most divisive question—would the offense or defense win in a snowball fight?

We got Josh Allen,” Knox said. “So what do you think? I think the offense.”

Knox has had a quiet return to the lineup after undergoing surgery on an injured wrist early this season. In two games back, he’s logged three catches for 36 yards. The ascension of tight end Dalton Kincaid and the run-heavy game script from Week 15’s action will be obstacles in his production, but he should remain involved down the home stretch.

His rapport with Allen, whose MVP case builds by the week, is a boost to the offense. Making the playoffs, and potentially winning the AFC East, are attainable goals that remain on their Christmas list. As almost two-touchdown favorites in Los Angeles, fans can expect to spend the holiday grateful for the Bills’ late-season resurgence.

Kickoff for Saturday's action is at 8 p.m. (ET) on Peacock.
