INDIANAPOLIS — The NFL Scouting Combine provides some of college football's top prospects with the opportunity to prove themselves to scouts, coaches and general managers two months before the 2024 NFL Draft. One way to catch scouts' attention? Break a record.

Few players taking the field at Lucas Oil Stadium this week are capable of running 40 yards in less than 4.3 seconds. Not every players needs to bench-press 225 pounds more than 40 times in order to improve their draft stock. But it's a cool way to leave your mark on one of the biggest offseason events on the NFL calendar.

One former Tennessee Titans star, running back Chris Johnson, still owns a record at the NFL Combine. The former Titan showed out in the 10-yard split, posting a 1.4-second time.

Now that's fast.
