The Detroit Lions beat the Cleveland Browns 34-10 on Sunday to improve to 3-1 for the third straight season. After leading the Lions in receiving in its 38-30 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Monday, wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown led the way for Detroit once again against the Browns, as he joined Lions royalty with his performance.
In Sunday's win, St. Brown collected seven catches for 70 yards and two touchdowns. St. Brown has recorded a touchdown reception in three straight games for the Lions and has six total on the year.
St. Brown joined two former Lions wide receivers to reach five touchdown receptions through the first four games of an NFL season. He joins former Lions Hall of Fame wide receiver Calvin Johnson and Leonard Thompson as the only Detroit players at his position to reach that mark.
Johnson had eight touchdown receptions through four games to start the 2011 season, and Thompson recorded five in 1984.

St. Brown also became the first NFL wide receiver since Randy Moss in 2007 to record at least 25 receptions, 300 receiving yards, and six touchdowns through the first four games in a season. He also became the ninth player in NFL history to reach that mark.
St. Brown's two-touchdown performance came on a day when the Lions offense didn't show the same firepower that they did against the Ravens. Browns defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz's defense forced stops against the Lions early on, holding them to two field goals in the first half. Browns linebacker Devin Bush led Cleveland defensively with nine total tackles.
The Browns also forced Jared Goff to throw an interception early in the second half and recorded a fourth-down stop. Goff finished the game throwing 168 passing yards, two touchdowns (both to St. Brown), and an interception on 16-of-27 passing.
Outside of St. Brown's two touchdowns in the win against the Browns, running back Jahmyr Gibbs had 15 rushes for 91 yards and a touchdown, while wide receiver Kalif Raymond took a punt return 65 yards to the house to extend the Lions' lead in the fourth quarter.
The Lions will next travel to Cincinnati to face a Joe Burrow-less Bengals team, where, with his absence, Detroit will be in a prime position to move to 4-1 on the season.
