Another QB at the NFL Combine sounds like he would love to play for Raiders' Antonio Pierce
Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

The Las Vegas Raiders are looking to get their quarterback of the future, whether it be through the NFL draft or the free agency period. The Raiders could go after a quarterback in the draft, but it is looking more and more likely they will have to give up a ton if they want one of the top prospects.

One guy being connected to the Raiders in a tron of mock drafts is Michael Penix Jr., the Washington quarterback. He would be a great fit, and the Raiders could likely get him in the second or even third round.

He has already spoken highly of Antonio Pierce.

"A lot of guys speak highly about Coach AP [Antonio Pierce] and the things he's able to do," Penix said at the combine. "I was able to see him and meet him, pretty cool guy."

The Raiders are showing that having a players coach is worth it.
