Caleb Williams’ popularity grew further following his strong performances in the 2025 season. He spearheaded the Chicago Bears’ attack, leading the team to an NFC North title and reaching the Divisional Round. Many are watching his off-field activities closely, and exciting news was announced on Monday.
Williams and the Bears are coming off a 24-15 win over the Tennessee Titans on Saturday. They wrapped up their preseason schedule with a 2-1 record despite the star quarterback receiving limited playing time. He only saw action in the team’s first series against the Cincinnati Bengals on Aug. 22.
However, he will reclaim his QB1 spot when Chicago opens its regular season on Sept. 13. Williams and Co. will face the Carolina Panthers before their home opener the following week versus the Minnesota Vikings.
Williams will be the guest on “Hot Ones” on Thursday. The YouTube talk show features celebrities answering questions while eating 10 chicken wings with progressively hotter hot sauces.
This week on #HotOnes, we got Caleb Williams vs. The Wings of Death.

Sean Evans, the show’s host, eats the same wings as his guests. Fans know him for his high tolerance with spicy food, and it will be interesting to see how Williams eats his share. The spice lowers the guests’ defenses, which leads to honest, funny, and unexpected conversations.
Williams completed 330-of-568 passes for 3,942 yards, 27 touchdowns, and seven interceptions last season. He added 77 rushing attempts for 388 yards and three scores. While the numbers were impressive, he has set his sights on surpassing them in 2026. Chicago faces the league’s toughest schedule, but Williams and his teammates will attack it head-on. The team’s slate includes seven primetime games, which will draw even more attention to the Bears. They will play on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, along with some marquee matchups on national TV.
