Bears-Packers Weather Forecast: What Conditions to Expect
Via Imagn Images

For the third time this NFL season and for the 213th time in their illustrious histories, the Green Bay Packers (9-7-1) and Chicago Bears (11-6) are set to face off this weekend.

However, unlike the previous two meetings, Saturday's wild-card matchup is win or go home. Green Bay and Chicago are meeting for just the third time in the postseason in a rivalry that dates back to 1921.

The Bears secured the No. 2 seed in the playoffs thanks to the work of offensive guru and first-year head coach Ben Johnson. The Packers are the No. 7 seed, earning the final available wild-card spot despite ending the season on a four-game losing streak.

While things such as nerves, injury and confidence are always a factor in big moments like these, another huge factor that can impact the game is the weather.

Saturday's game will be played at Soldier Field in Chicago, kicking off at 8 p.m. ET.

According to The Weather Channel, this is how the weather will look at kickoff:

Temperature: 33 degrees

Sky Condition: Partly Cloudy

Chance of Rain: 13%

Wind Speeds: 15 mph

It is worth noting that the weather is subject to change and could look dramatically different by game time.

Given that both teams play outdoors and are accustomed to harsh weather, neither should have a significant advantage. The teams split the season series, so Saturday's game should be quite evenly matched.

The Bears-Packers game will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.
