The biggest development with the Cincinnati Bengals’ second injury report for Week 1 doesn't even involve their own roster.
Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett missed Thursday's practice with a hip injury.

Garrett was not listed on Wednesday's injury report, so the injury is brand new for this week.
The 29-year old and four-time All-Pro DE also dealt with a hip injury in the middle of last season and missed a practice, but played through it nonetheless.
Defensive tackle B.J. Hill (rest) was the only limited player on Thursday's injury report for Cincinnati. The team captain missed most of training camp with a foot injury, and being one of the most experienced starters on the team, rest days are not going to be uncommon for him this year.
Zero players on the Bengals' roster were listed on Wednesday's injury report. The two players who couldn't practice were safety Daijahn Anthony and DE Cedric Johnson. Both players are on the Reserve/Injured list and should return to the active roster later this season.
Here are the injuries Cleveland is working through:
On top of Garrett missing Thursday, linebacker Easton Mascarenas-Arnold (Achilles) also did not practice. They were the Browns' only DNPs.
Left guard Joel Bitonio (rest) was back to being a full participant, and right tackle Jack Conklin had his limited rest day instead. Linebacker Mohamoud Diabate (quadricep) remained limited along with cornerback Denzel Ward (shoulder) and tight end Blake Whiteheart (knee).
Second-year defensive tackle Mike Hall (knee) did practice after missing Wednesday. Center Ethan Pocic (knee) went full after being limited, as did DT Shelby Harris.
DT Mason Graham, the fifth-overall pick from the 2025 NFL Draft, is listed with a shoulder injury but was a full participant. Wide receiver Cedric Tillman (thumb) and backup OT Cornelius Lucas (ankle) also went full.
