The hit HBO series "Hard Knocks" has come and gone, featuring none other than the Buffalo Bills. The final episode was over in a flash, clocking in at just 39 minutes, but it packed a punch with a few key moments. It provided an inside look at the lives of these players trying to fulfill their lifelong dream of being on an NFL team, while also heavily featuring reigning MVP Josh Allen. One of the most impactful moments from the entire episode was when Allen sat down with Kyle Brandt for an interview. His wife, Hailee Steinfeld, and her most recent film, "Sinners," were a topic of conversation with Allen becoming emotional discussing just how talented she is. It was a beautiful moment and a touching tribute to the couple who had just gotten married this offseason.
Allen followed it up with an unforgettable Super Bowl dream that had Bills Mafia fired up and ready for the season to begin. It's the singular focus: bringing a Lombardi Trophy to Western New York. When asked about whether he has a speech prepared, Allen offered that there's one there, just not written down, and then followed it up with his vision of a Bills Super Bowl parade.
"Yeah, it's not written down, but it's up there. I can see the parade, I can feel it," Allen said. "Five degrees, brisk, rolling down, hearing the bus roll over all the salt and the ice. Thousands upon thousands of fans filling up downtown Buffalo. I can see where we're going up on the steps at City Hall, I see it all. We gotta turn it into a reality."
If you're a member of Bills Mafia and you read that and it didn't get you fired up, I'm afraid nothing will. Allen wants a Super Bowl so badly for the city, and it's not just him. Of course, these are athletes all fighting for that one trophy, all 32 teams are laser-focused. But you can tell with this organization that it's just as important for them to win it all because of what it would mean for the fans and the city. Echoing the famous words of Marv Levy toward the end of the episode — "Where else would you rather be than right here, right now?" Despite all the failures of the past, all the heartbreaks, and after coming so close but falling short, the words still ring true as a fan, just as they did during those dreaded drought years. And for those older members of the Bills Mafia, it's been true since Levy stepped foot in Buffalo and coined the legendary phrase.

Buffalo was featured proudly, and Bills Mafia has a heck of a quarterback to cheer for — all that's left now is to play some football
