Browns just made an NFL trade to start the week, and it had everything to do with one of the biggest issues in Cleveland

Cleveland clearly looked at the Detroit game to evaluate their duo of KT Leveston and Cornelius Lucas, which is the combo with RT Jack Conklin sidelined and LT Dawand Jones out for the season. The Browns could get Conklin back from an elbow injury on Sunday against the Vikings, and the ideal move is for Robinson to be the left tackle this season. In 17 starts last season between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Texans, Robinson received a 64.7 Pro Football Focus grade. 

Robinson is a better pass blocker than run blocker at 6-6, 335 pounds. Flacco was sacked three times on Sunday against the Lions, but the Browns were under immense pressure all game. The Browns went into the season hoping that Jones could be their left tackle, but he was hit with another tough knee injury. Things have gone against the plan, and the Browns are now having to go to other options.

Robinson makes sense for the Browns as a player who can step in and provide a higher floor at offensive tackle, which is what they need. With the Week 5 game in London, it may be too soon for Robinson to be out there on Sunday. That’ll be something worth monitoring this week, but it's a smart move by Cleveland to start the week.
