Bruce Arians changing practice schedule after prime-time struggles

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers sit at 7-3 overall following Sunday's 46-23 win over the Carolina Panthers but haven't looked their best in prime-time games.

Tampa Bay lost to the Chicago Bears on Oct. 8, barely survived the then-one-win New York Giants on Nov. 2, and were blown out by the New Orleans Saints on Nov. 8.

Head coach Bruce Arians is changing things up ahead of next week's "Monday Night Football" showdown versus the Los Angeles Rams by altering his team's schedule.

"We've got to try something because we've had really, really poor starts in night ballgames," Arians explained when speaking with reporters on Monday, per Kevin Patra of the NFL's website.

"We're going to try practicing at that game time [on] Friday and Saturday night [and] do some more stuff, actually, Monday morning than we've been doing. We've got to try something, so luckily we have an indoor facility and we can work at night. We're going to do that and hopefully get a better result to start a ballgame at night."

Arians may have more to worry about during the midweek, as a police report obtained and shared by the Miami Herald shows that wide receiver Antonio Brown was involved in an off-the-field incident weeks before he signed with the Buccaneers. Brown avoided charges but could potentially receive a call from NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.

The four-time First-Team All-Pro began the season serving an eight-game suspension for repeated violations of the NFL's personal-conduct policy.
