The Buccaneers have re-signed quarterback Connor Bazelak, to a one-year deal his agency announced. Bazelak was an exclusive-rights free agent, meaning Tampa Bay could retain him on a league-minimum deal if they wanted.

The move is largely procedural, ensuring he stays in camp with the Bucs rather than hitting the open market.

“QB Connor Bazelak’s new deal with the Bucs is one year at the NFL minimum for a second-year player, so $1.005 million for 2026. He’ll be an exclusive-rights free agent again next spring.”
