Buccaneers Sign Safety to Practice Squad

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are gearing up for their showdown with the Los Angeles Rams this Sunday night. While the team continues on their run to the playoffs, they’ve added some help for their secondary.

Via the team’s communication department

“The Tampa Bay Buccaneers today signed safety Marcus Banks to the team’s practice squad.”

Marcus Banks has been signed to the Buccaneers’ practice squad. He’s a familiar face, having joined the team as an undrafted free agent in 2024 and spending time on the practice squad last year. Banks played college football at Alabama and Mississippi State, and was previously waived/injured by the Buccaneers due to a quad injury.
