Tampa Bay Buccaneers star tackle Tristan Wirfs has been a model of consistency throughout his NFL career.

He's been great at both tackle positions and made NFL history on Friday, becoming the first player in the history of the All-Pro award to earn it at both left and right tackle.

Wirfs earned first-team All-Pro honors as a right tackle in 2021 before getting it at left tackle this year.

He's been dynamite since coming into the league in 2020 as a first-round pick out of Iowa. He's made four Pro Bowls and helped the Bucs win Super Bowl LV over the Kansas City Chiefs during the 2020 season.

He played over 1,000 snaps during the 2024 regular season and only gave up 12 quarterback pressures and one quarterback hit. He also didn't give up a sack in 16 games, per Pro Football Focus.

The Bucs also rank second in the NFL in fewest sacks allowed per pass attempt since Wirfs was drafted. He completely changed the complexity of their offensive line and has been a rock for them.

He'll try to help the Bucs go on a long playoff run when they play in the wild-card round this Sunday against the Washington Commanders. The Bucs won the NFC South after finishing the regular season with a 10-7 record, two games ahead of the Atlanta Falcons.

Wirfs will try and slow down the Commanders' pass rush while opening up running lanes for running back Bucky Irving. He's been the Bucs' leading rusher this season, compiling 207 carries for 1,122 yards and eight touchdowns.

Kickoff for Commanders-Buccaneers from Raymond James Stadium will be at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. Mike Tirico and Cris Collinsworth will have the call.
