Buccaneers' Tom Brady roasts quality of NFL: 'I watch a lot of bad football'

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers fell to the Kansas City Chiefs 41-31 in the Week 4 "Sunday Night Football" matchup and, as pointed out by Nick Shook of the NFL's website, will enter Thursday evening as one of 15 teams with a 2-2 record. 

Buccaneers star quarterback Tom Brady didn't dance around the issue when he was asked during Thursday's press conference about the parity across the league this fall. 

"I think there's a lot of bad football from what I watch," Brady directly responded. "I watch a lot of bad football. Poor quality of football. That's what I see."

Brady's name has been in headlines throughout the week due to reports claiming he and his wife Gisele Bündchen have hired divorce attorneys amid stories regarding their alleged marital issues supposedly linked with his decision to play at least one more season. The seven-time Super Bowl champion also officially missed practice Wednesday with right finger and right shoulder injuries and, according to Shook, was "in no mood to speak at length" on Thursday about either potential physical setback. 

"Feels great. Thanks for asking. I'll be there Sunday," Brady said about his shoulder and about participating in this coming weekend's home game against the 2-2 Atlanta Falcons.

Per the Pewter Report Twitter account, Brady also addressed a question about "the challenge of focusing on this season when there’s a lot of other things going on" at the moment:
