The Buffalo Bills have one of the finest linebackers in football in Matt Milano.
His presence was felt in his absence, as the All-Pro was lost after five games due to a leg injury suffered in London against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Despite not playing for the majority of 2023, Milano is still recognized as a top five linebacker in the league. PFF released their list of the top 32 linebackers, ranking Milano fourth.
"Off to another strong start before suffering a season-ending injury against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 5 last year, Milano was in attendance at OTAs this week — a good sign for his return to the field," PFF analyst Gordon McGuinness wrote. "His 83.2 PFF coverage grade was the fourth-best mark at the position in 2022."
Milano was on the field for Bills minicamp, which is very promising to him being ready to go for the 2024 season and bouncing back after a season largely lost to injury.
