The Arizona Cardinals designated G Isaiah Adams to return from injured reserve, per the NFL transaction wire.

They also signed RB Jermar Jefferson and WR James Proche to the practice squad.

Adams, 26, hails from Ajax, Ontario, Canada. He was named third-team All-Big Ten in 2023 at Illinois. The Cardinals selected him with the No. 71 pick in the third round of the 2024 draft.

He is in the third year of a four-year, $5,931,647 contract that includes a $1,133,925 signing bonus and will be an unrestricted free agent in 2028.

In 2026, Adams has appeared in three games for the Cardinals and made three starts at guard.
