
The Chicago Bears battle between the Philadelphia Eagles on Friday will be between two teams tied for second place in the NFC.
With 8-3 records, the Eagles and Bears trail the 9-2 Los Angeles Rams by one game for first place in the conference.
Chicago has won four consecutive contests entering Week 13. On Sunday, the Eagles allowed the Dallas Cowboys to erase a 21-point lead to lose their first game since Oct. 9.

On Tuesday, Bears quarterback Caleb Williams said he didn’t care about Philadelphia or its record, saying Chicago needed to focus on executing its game plan on Friday.
“You don’t look over (to an opponent) and compare yourself to their record, their team, their coaches, their players or anything like that,” Williams said, via 670 The Score. “We focus on us. We focus on ourselves. We focus on our details.
“We focus on when we’re in between that 53 and 120, execution, scoring as many points as possible and then obviously defense trying to stop them from scoring as many points as possible. When you do that consistently, you’ll come out with the right outcome at the end of it. So, that’s what we focus on.”

Still, beating the Eagles would be a signature win for Williams and first-year head coach Ben Johnson. With the Green Bay Packers coming up in Week 14, a victory over Philadelphia would give the team some momentum before a very important December.
The Bears will play the Packers twice in December in between a home game against the Cleveland Browns. Chicago will then finish the regular season on the road against the San Francisco 49ers and the Detroit Lions at home.
