The Kansas City Chiefs will miss the playoffs despite a talented roster starring quarterback Patrick Mahomes and defensive tackle Chris Jones.
Under head coach Andy Reid, the Chiefs have been to the playoffs every season with the help of Mahomes and his trusty weapon, tight end Travis Kelce.
Mahomes is now out of the lineup with a torn ACL and it seems injuries are continuing to stack for Kansas City.
On Wednesday, the Kansas City Chiefs announced Jones missed practice with a hamstring injury.
"Chris Jones was limited in practice today," posted the official social media account of the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Chiefs also added that Leo Chenal, Trent McDuffie, Jaylon Moore, Rashee Rice, Jawaan Taylor and Tyquan Thornton did not practice. With the Chiefs' playoff chances coming to an end, their injuries continue to stack up.

Several other injury updates on the Kansas City Chiefs' practice report include Trey Smith being active, along with Nazeeh Johnson and Jake Briningstool, who have previously dealt with injuries.
The Chiefs will play the Tennessee Titans in Week 16 and end their season with division matchups against the Denver Broncos and the Las Vegas Raiders.
With Patrick Mahomes out of the lineup, Andy Reid will turn to Gardner Minshew as the team's starting quarterback.
Chris Jones' ability to play will be vital to help ease the pain of an offense that may be streaky, given the quarterback change.
