The Kansas City Chiefs gave their fans one more gift on Christmas Day, defeating the Pittsburgh Steelers, 29-10, to clinch the No. 1 seed in the AFC and a first-round bye.

Tight end Travis Kelce had a historic day, reaching 1,000 career receptions, and passing Hall-of-Famer Tony Gonzalez to become the Chiefs' all-time touchdown reception leader (77).

Kelce led all receivers with eight catches for 84 yards and a touchdown. Rookie Xavier Worthy also had a big day, totaling 89 scrimmage yards and a touchdown on 11 touches.

On offense, Patrick Mahomes was on fire all game, throwing for 320 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions. The Chiefs' offensive line, even without starting left tackle D.J. Humphries, did not allow a single sack, which was a massive contributor in the win.

Running back Isiah Pacheco left late in the game and didn't return with a rib injury. The severity of the injury is currently unknown.

The Chiefs' defense had a big day against Russell Wilson, allowing 205 passing yards, no passing touchdowns and an interception. Even without Chris Jones, the Chiefs' pass rush was able to get to Wilson for five sacks. Defensive end Mike Danna had a team-leading two sacks along with five combined tackles.

With just one game remaining in the regular-season and Kansas City's position in the playoffs locked up, the Chiefs will likely rest their starters in Week 18 against the Denver Broncos to stay healthy heading into the postseason.
