The Kansas City Chiefs have had an up-and-down season after losing to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl.
The Chiefs began with a loss in Week 1 to the Los Angeles Chargers in Brazil and then lost to the Eagles in a Super Bowl rematch.
After a 30-17 win over the Detroit Lions in Week 6, the Chiefs are now 3-3 and trending in the right direction.
In Week 7, they face the Las Vegas Raiders, and wide receiver Rashee Rice is set to make his season debut after his six-game suspension came to an end.
With Rice returning to the active roster, wide receiver Jason Brownlee was waived on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, the Chiefs made another roster move, this time bringing Brownlee back to the practice squad, via Charles Goldman of AtoZSports.
"The Chiefs re-signed WR Jason Brownlee to the practice squad. To make room, DB Jammie Robinson terminated his practice squad contract with the team," Goldman wrote.

Brownlee played college football at Eastern Mississippi and Southern Miss but went undrafted in 2023.
He was first with the New York Jets before coming to the Chiefs last season. Brownlee has just five catches for 56 yards and one touchdown in his NFL career, all of those coming in 2023 with the Jets.
He has one target this season with the Chiefs, but no catches.
Defensive back Jammie Robinson was released. He was a fifth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft by the Carolina Panthers.
