The Kansas City Chiefs are creeping up the NFL standings.

The start of the season has been a rollercoaster for the Chiefs. After defeating the Detroit Lions in Week 6 of the NFL season, Kansas City advanced to 3-3 on the season.

After the matchup against the Lions, several players spoke on the success for the Chiefs.

While all eyes are normally focused on Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, Marquise Brown garnered immense attention after the game.

Brown spoke with the media to discuss his stats and fit within the Chiefs' offense. While speaking with the media, Brown announced that he had gotten baptized two days before Kansas City's game in Week 6.

"I'm getting comfortable," Brown said. "All glory to God, really. I just got baptized on Friday, so this whole weekend has been amazing for me."

Marquise Brown is currently playing in his second season with the Kansas City Chiefs. After suffering an injury that held him back last season, he's emerged as one of Patrick Mahomes' top pass-catchers.

In the matchup against the Detroit Lions, Brown had his best game in a Chiefs uniform, posting two touchdowns and 45 yards on four receptions.

Throughout his second season with the Chiefs, Brown has posted three touchdowns and 302 yards on 30 receptions.
