Bengals veteran offensive tackle D'Ante Smith underwent successful surgery on Thursday.
"Thank you to everyone for the prayers and support," Smith tweeted. "Surgery went well thanks to God now we just taking it a day atta time!"
Smith, 26, suffered a season-ending patellar tendon injury in last week's joint practice with the Bears.
He's appeared in three regular season games since being taken in the fourth-round (139th overall) in the 2021 NFL Draft. He was entering the final year of his rookie contract.
