The Indianapolis Colts may have gotten one of the best players in the 2025 draft at No. 14 overall.
They selected rookie tight end Tyler Warren from Penn State and through two weeks of the season, Warren has looked like the best tight end in the game.
Warren had a huge game Sunday in the Colts 29-28 win against the Denver Broncos. He finished the game with four catches for 79 yards, good for 19.8 yards per catch.
According to PFF, Warren leads all tight ends in receiving yards (155), yards after catch (92) and contested catches (three). Along with those numbers, Warren has been targeted 16 times and does not have a drop.

Obviously, teams will begin to gameplan a bit more for Warren, but how much will that actually matter?
Warren and the Colts are set to matchup with the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. It is a Tennessee defense that allowed seven catches for 87 yards and a touchdown to the Los Angeles Rams tight ends on Sunday.
Warren is more than likely will be the best tight end the Titans have faced this season, and another big week could be in store for the NFL's leader at receiving yards from a tight end.
Regardless, the Colts have to be thrilled with the early returns from Warren and his contributions to their somewhat surprising 2-0 start.
