Dak Prescott will soon lead the Dallas Cowboys into a matchup against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Prescott is lookin to help the Cowboys earn a postseason spot, but a desperate Chiefs team stands in the way on Thanksgiving Day.
They will face off at 4:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, both being the few teams in the primetime Thanksgiving slot. Dallas continues their tradition of playing on Turkey Day, this time against the defensing AFC champions.
Ahead of the matchup against the Cowboys and Chiefs, Dallas announced its official injury report. They released the news following practice on Wednesday.
Cowboys offensive lineman Tyler Guyton has been ruled for the matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. According to Todd Archer, this news bumps Nate Thomas up the depth chart, putting him in line to start in place of Guyton against the Chiefs' defensive line.

The loss of Tyler Guyton puts quarterback Dak Prescott in a difficult position, facing a defense with a star defensive tackle like Chris Jones as well as blitz-heavy secondary from Kansas City.
Guyton has been with the Cowboys since 2024, serving as a starter in protection of Prescott and one of the most explosive offenses in the league.
He was selected in the first round of the 2024 draft after playing college football at TCU and Oklahoma.
Throughout the 2025 season, Dak Prescott has helped lead a pass-heavy offense with CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens. The loss of Tyler Guyton leaves a whole, but Prescott will look to put the offense on his back on Thanksgiving Day.
