On Friday, Commanders' coach Dan Quinn announced that Lattimore and his balky hamstring injury still aren't ready to return to the field. Washington just traded multiple picks to the New Orleans Saints to acquire the former Pro Bowl cornerback, but his injury has prevented him from even practicing with his new club.

The Commanders are getting positive injury news with the return of starting running back Brian Robinson Jr. and potential return of kicker Austin Seibert.

Washington is 7-4 but has lost two straight, … as Quinn gears his team up for “Dallas Week.” Quinn's captains for Sunday include three former Cowboys in center Tyler Biadasz, edge rusher Dante Fowler and cornerback Noah Igbinoghene.

Will they see the Cowboys at their best? Not if the All-Pro Martin - who is dealing with injury issues in both ankles and a shoulder - can’t go.

Ths Commanders are favored by 10.5 points over the woby and wounded Cowboys, who have lost five in a row and will also be without injured star quarterback Dak Prescott.
