Two of the NFL’s best quarterbacks were banged up following their games on Sunday afternoon.
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott led his team to a major comeback win against the Houston Texans. Prescott led the Cowboys on a game-winning drive with less than a minute to play. However, following the game, he was spotted with his hand wrapped, causing some concern.
It could be something to monitor heading into Week 5.
“Dak Prescott has his right hand wrapped. It seems fine. But it’s noticeable,” Calvin Watkins shared.
The Cowboys quarterback appeared to suffer some kind of cut or hand injury earlier in the game. The wrap is likely just to keep the swelling down.

Meanwhile, Prescott’s Week 3 opponent, Lamar Jackson, left Sunday’s game with an ankle injury. He was seen postgame in a walking boot.
However, the early indications are that Jackson is likely to have avoided a serious injury.
“Lamar Jackson is believed to be day-to-day with his ankle injury, one that will be monitored and treated this coming week,” Ian Rapoport shared on X.

There have been a ton of quarterback injuries this season, including a season-ending one to Giants star Jaxson Dart.
Thankfully, Prescott and Jackson – two of the best in the game – appear to have avoided anything too serious on Sunday. However, it’s clear that both were banged up on Sunday, in one way or another, and should have their statuses monitored heading into big Week 5 games next week.
The Cowboys have a short week, too, as they’ll take on the Buccaneers at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on Thursday evening.
Kickoff between the Cowboys and the Bucs is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. E.T. on Thursday night. The game will air on Amazon Prime.
