Remember back in your school days when the teacher would wheel in that cart with a 32-inch TV and VCR on it?  Ok, maybe I just dated myself a little bit. Maybe now there's a flat screen with a streaming service on it. Either way, movie day in class is always awesome.

Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell was on the LiucciCast with Texas A&M reporter Billy Liucci over the weekend, and he explained how he got his banged-up defense ready to go for an important game against the Packers in Week 14.

He showed them a scene from the 1992 classic The Last of the Mohicans starring the legendary Daniel Day-Lewis.

Remember The Last of the Mohicans, where the French, they get them to call a truce, but they've gotta leave the fort, the British do. And so now they're on that long journey, and Daniel Day Lewis is in cuffs. They're in the forest now, and they're surrounded on both sides. And all of a sudden, the Huron just come out of nowhere with the tomahawks. And so I showed them that, and I said, 'Defense, this is what I want it to look like. You're the Huron, and I don't give a (expletive). You just come out with the tomahawks and just swing and hit whatever you can as long as you can, and that's all that is required. That's it.' That's all I wanted to do. You just give them hell for 60 minutes and make them earn everything."

Hell yeah. That is pretty awesome if you ask me. The guy just knows how to get you through that brick wall, doesn't he? Here's the scene that Campbell is referring to, by the way.

That wasn't the only movie he talked about. He and Liucci also talked about how he and Campbell used to go buy cheap food and watch Ace Ventura over and over again when they were roommates at Texas A&M.

Liucci also asked him what movie he'd want to be in if it were rebooted. Campbell talked about how he missed Chris Farley and how he'd want to be in Tommy Boy.

You can watch the full interview below. It's a good watch.
