Derrick Henry, one of the NFL's most powerful and respected running backs, is gearing up for his second season with the Baltimore Ravens, but his focus isn't just on football. He's turning his attention to giving back to the community that shaped him.

Henry’s Two All Foundation is hosting a special Community Day event later this month in his hometown of Yulee, Florida. The event will take place at the Yulee Sports Complex, including the gymnasium and football fields.

Henry shared the news on Instagram this week with a simple, enthusiastic message:

“June 21st!!! Please come out & have some fun!”

The event is open to families and fans, supporting the mission of the Two All Foundation. The foundation's mission is, "Being a resource that impacts communities and equips young people to reach their full potential by instilling strong core values in their lives and providing support to communities in need and disadvantaged youth & their families.”

The foundation also emphasizes the importance of donations, which help fund education programs and enrichment projects across underserved communities. Their outreach has made a difference in Florida, Tennessee, Alabama and beyond.

Henry, a Yulee native, still holds the national high school record for career rushing yards. He later became a star at Alabama, breaking Herschel Walker’s single-season SEC rushing record. In 2015, he won the Heisman Trophy and helped Alabama win the national championship.

Each December, his foundation also gives back through a holiday toy giveaway, distributing 500 toys to local children.

Henry was drafted in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft by the Tennessee Titans. He played eight seasons in Tennessee before signing with the Ravens in 2024. During his NFL career, he’s been named Offensive Player of the Year, selected to the First-Team All-Pro, led the league in rushing touchdowns three times — including in 2024.

With his latest community initiative, Henry is showing that his impact goes far beyond the football field.
