The NFL will release the Detroit Lions' full schedule on Wednesday night, but leaks are coming in left and right. Here's what we know so far.
Now we can add Week 12 against the New York Giants at home, per Art Stapleton of North Jersey.com. This is pretty likely to be a 1:00 game for the Lions since the Giants aren't yet much of a prime time player.
But that does not mean that this game won't be a ton of fun. The Giants remind me a lot of the 2022 Lions. An up-and-coming team with all the young players that could turn out to be big-time guys.
In my opinion, they got the top quarterback in this year's draft with Jaxson Dart, and he'll have Malik Nabers and Wan'Dale Robinson to throw to. On top of that, they have Cam Skattebo, who could be a solid pro running back.
On defense, they have a really good defensive line that could be one of the best in the league. Abdul Carter, Brian Burns, Kayvon Thibodeaux, and Dexter Lawrence.
This game could be one to watch out for because, as you know, with that 2022 team, these up-and-coming teams like to try to prove it to the big dogs.
