De'Zhaun Stribling Displayed Everything San Francisco Needs 

In the preseason game, Stribling ended up catching seven passes for 63 yards. He produced that all across just three drives before he was removed with seven minutes in the second quarter.

The best part of this is that he was facing several of Tennessee's starters. Stribling won his matchups in various ways, whether it was creating separation underneath, converting third downs, or even displaying his physicality in contact situations. 

With Stribling's skills, he can line up in the slot or outside. This gives Shanahan the ultimate versatile receiver that he has been missing in recent seasons. 

With numerous other receivers in San Francisco being veterans like Mike Evans, Deebo Samuel, and Christian Kirk, all of whom have dealt with injuries in recent seasons or even this training camp, it opens the pathway for Stribling to truly emerge as the 49ers' most reliable receiver for the future.
