For the first time in nearly a decade, the Miami Dolphins are favored in a game against the New England Patriots.
Miami brought in former San Francisco 49ers offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel as their new head coach in February and later added All-Pro wide receiver Tyreek Hill to the mix. McDaniel was asked Monday morning about the team's upcoming Week 1 matchup against New England, and in particular, legendary head coach Bill Belichick.

The new Dolphins' leader will be eyeing his first win as a head coach, while Belichick starts the 2022 campaign with 290 in the regular season and another 31 in the playoffs. The six-time Super Bowl champion ranks first among active coaches in wins and third all-time, trailing only Don Shula (328) and George Halas (318).
Belichick is the all-time leader with his 31 postseason wins and six Super Bowl titles as a head coach as well.
