Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel has given his opinion on the team's locker room ping-pong tables situation. Despite the back-and-forth this week over whether or not the players would be keeping a table, McDaniel feels it's up to the players and doesn't care much either way.

McDaniel said he’s learned a lot about Tyreek Hill’s fun personality and game. But most notably beyond Hill’s excellent game, McDaniel said Hill stands out as a leader and captain. https://t.co/l5vvVEadqK
The story began Wednesday when it was reported that Dolphins players had decided to remove the tables in order to better help them with game preparation. Miami started the season 3-0 in September but have dropped back-to-back games since.
Then on Thursday, wide receiver Tyreek Hill said that he had ordered a custom-designed ping-pong table to replace the previous one, which had gotten bent. Hill added that the activity in no way interfered with player preparation.
The Dolphins will host the 4-1 Minnesota Vikings at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday and start rookie seventh-round pick Skylar Thompson under center. Both starter Tua Tagovailoa and backup Teddy Bridgewater are currently in the concussion protocol.
