Uniforms are always a hot topic of discussion, especially when it comes to Falcons fans and the team’s throwback design.
The entire city of Atlanta has been pleading for the Falcons to make their throwback uniforms the team’s permanent threads, and star wide receiver Drake London agrees.
“I love those things. Those are the best,” London said. “I’ve been asking, I’ve been asking forever,” he continued when asked if the team should wear them all the time. “They keep on upping the games like four games this year, it was three games last year, but they need to make them permanent.”

The Falcons will wear their throwback uniforms on four occasions this season, including three of their primetime matchups — Week 6 against the Bills, Week 15 against the Bucs, and Week 17 against the Rams.
That should tell you all you need to know. The decision makers know that the prettiest uniforms the Falcons have in their pockets are the throwbacks, which is why they are showcasing them three different times while they are national television. Atlanta’s current uniforms are horrendous. It’s past time to make the throwbacks the team’s full-time kit.
