Eagles fans will be left dumbfounded after latest NFL power rankings came out

Philadelphia Eagles fans all believe that they have the best team in the NFL. Heck, most of the national media would concur with that. Maybe except one.

NFL Spin Zone's Lou Scataglia shared his power rankings after Week 3 play. While some would believe the undefeated 3-0 Eagles would be number one, Scataglia was bold and placed them seventh.

"The Philadelphia Eagles mounted an amazing comeback against the Los Angeles Rams and keep their unbeaten streak alive. It was quite the second half for the Eagles, and it was sealed with a game-winning blocked field goal, because of course.

The Eagles still do feel a bit gimmicky, and I am not afraid to say that, but they simply find ways to win football games, and that is what matters the most in the NFL. On the flip side, the LA Rams lose a massive heartbreaker after trending toward the game actually being a blowout loss for the Eagles.

Philly, to the chagrin of many, keeps winning games."

Eagles fans would like to have a word

The amazing part is that there are multiple teams ahead of the Eagles that have zero business being ahead of them. Here's a look at who else is ranked ahead of Philly:

1. Buffalo Bills
2. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
3. Baltimore Ravens
4. Indianapolis Colts
5. Green Bay Packers
6. Los Angeles Chargers

Let's face it: the Packers and Colts have zero business being ahead of the Eagles. Green Bay has literally just lost to the Cleveland Browns, after all the talk that they believed they could go undrafted. Two of the Colts' three wins are against the Miami Dolphins and Tennessee Titans (both are 0-3 on the season). Even the Ravens, who are currently 1-2, should never be ranked ahead of the Eagles this week.

The rest? Sure, but the Eagles are undefeated and beat two good opponents in the Los Angeles Rams and the Kansas City Chiefs. There is a debate about whether the Dallas Cowboys are a quality win, but the Rams and Chiefs are no slouch teams.

All the talk is that the Eagles aren't dominating teams, but that's not surprising, considering they are playing against good teams. Philly isn't quite perfect as a team right now, but it's all about winning, and the Eagles have been finding ways to get it done.

Thankfully, they have a shot at taking out the second-ranked Buccaneers on Sunday, and that should be more than enough to silence critics.
