The Philadelphia Eagles are getting after the quarterback at a historic rate.
The Eagles have the most sacks for an NFL team through 14 games since the 2000 New Orleans Saints with 55.
The #Eagles defense has been amazing this season.

How amazing? they have the most sacks (55) through 14 games of a season since the 2000 #Saints

The Eagles have invested significant resources into their defensive line, which is one of the league's best and deepest.
Linebacker Haason Reddick leads the team with 12 sacks, which is good for fifth-best in the NFL. He's flanked by defensive tackle Javon Hargrave (10 sacks), defensive end Josh Sweat (9.5 sacks), defensive end Brandon Graham (8.5 sacks) and defensive tackle Fletcher Cox (six sacks).
The team's defensive line also finds success utilizing first-round defensive tackle Jordan Davis, 2021 third-round defensive tackle Milton Williams and veteran defensive tackles Ndamukong Suh and Linval Joseph.
The 13-1 Eagles sit atop the NFC and are close to locking down the conference's top playoff seed. It would put the road to the Super Bowl through Philadelphia and its ferocious pass rush.
If Philadelphia capitalizes on its stellar 2022 season, it can thank its defensive line for helping them get to the top of the mountain.
However, Hargrave, Graham, Cox, Suh and Joseph will all be free agents after the season. If the Eagles can't finish with a Super Bowl title, the team might have to restock this unit next offseason.
