ESPN's Mina Kimes may not look like the type to enjoy getting thrown through a table at a tailgate. She may not look the part, but the ESPN personality was apparently more than down too experience Bills' Mafia in the most authentic way.
Why they do it is anyone's guess. It's a celebration of the Bills, without a doubt, and there's certainly showmanship and camaraderie involved.
Some fans jump through tables while others choose to be thrown into them WWE style. Either way, breaking tables has become uniquely Buffalo, and Kimes was apparently down to give it a try.

With ESPN's "NFL Live" in Buffalo for Monday Night Football -- featuring an AFC powerhouse matchup between the Bills and Tennesse Titans -- the idea of Kimes going through a table was brought up on Twitter.
The good-natured NFL analyst responded to the inquiry, saying that if the Tweet got 5,000 retweets she would be down.

Sadly, a few minutes later Kimes had to take back her offer. She didn't say it out loud, but it sure seems like she either ran it by a producer or ESPN's public relations team. One or the other probably decided that though it would be awesome from a fan perspective, perhaps throwing Kimes through a table wouldn't have created the best optics outside of the sports world.

For what it's worth, it doesn't appear either Tweet made it to the 5,000 retweets Kimes was looking for in order to risk life and limb.
