Falcons DT Grady Jarrett takes jab at Pro Football Focus

Atlanta Falcons defensive end Grady Jarrett has a bone to pick with Pro Football Focus.

Jarrett has earned praise for his 2022 season, but the football analytics website hasn't always been kind to him in their weekly grading.

Jarrett let his feelings be known about PFF's assessments on Monday.

ESPN reporter Michael Rothstein added to Jarrett's questioning of the website's grading system.

Jarrett has a decent 67.1 overall grade from Pro Football Focus this year but has posted up some grades in the 40s and 50s as the defensive tackle noted.

On Sunday, Jarrett got a mediocre 56.5 grade from PFF after his team's 21-18 loss to the New Orleans Saints.

Like any grading system, Pro Football Focus is subjective. Jarrett's 53-tackle, six-sack season has him playing like one of the best defensive interior linemen in the NFL.

Even if PFF isn't always on his side, the stats show Jarrett living up to his most recent contract extension
