Nyehim Hines trying to make an NFL comeback

The Colts drafted Nyheim Hines in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft. He spent his first four full seasons with the Colts before being traded away seven games into his fifth season to the Buffalo Bills. During his time with the Colts, Hines recorded 1,205 rushing yards and ten touchdowns. His impact on the team went beyond just rushing, though he was a receiving threat out of the backfield by catching 245 passes for 1,725 yards and seven touchdowns. He also contributed as a special teams weapon by scoring two touchdowns as a punt returner. 

With him looking to make a comeback, some may wonder if the Colts could be a good fit. The Colts elected to draft DJ Giddens to hopefully develop into Jonathan Taylor's backup and potentially a future starter down the road. Hines could be a fun RB3 option that can create some real competition with Khalil Herbert and Tyler Goodson as they fight for a roster spot. His experience on special teams also makes him an intriguing option. The Colts' best returner is Anthony Gould, who is entering his second season in the NFL. Hines would give solid competition for him as well and give the Colts two reliable returners going forward. So if Hines is interested in returning to where his career began, I'd say he's worth taking a flier on for the Colts.
