T.Y. Hilton had a fantastic stint with the Indianapolis Colts after being drafted in the 3rd round of the 2012 NFL Draft.
And though his time with the Colts ended after the 2020 season, his connection to the state of Indiana lived on with his son Eugene Hilton Jr. who attends and plays football at Zionsville High School in Zionsville, Indiana.
His success on the field led him to being labeled a four star recruit as a WR, just like his old man. Hilton Jr. chose where he would be continuing his football career on Friday by committing to the University of Wisconsin.

Hilton Jr. will now begin his college career playing for the alma mater of Colts GM Chris Ballard as well as current Colts star RB Jonathan Taylor. He chose Wisconsin over schools such as Georgia, Ole Miss, Purdue, and others. Parents always want to see their children be better than they were themselves. But when your father is an NFL player who will end up in his team's Ring of Honor one day, as well as being one of the best WRs to ever wear a Colts helmet, that's a tough task.
But Hilton Jr. is a four-star recruit and finds himself ranked on every major recruiting database out there, his father didn't do that. His father only received one D1 offer to play football at Florida International University. Hilton Jr. has officially committed to play at Wisconsin, which is a Big Ten school. And in an era of College Football progressing to two mega-conferences, it's a pretty massive accomplishment for him to find himself playing in one of them.
