One of the best receivers in NFL history has received some scary health news.
According to Larry Fitzgerald Sr., father of former legendary Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, former Raiders wide receiver and all-time legend Randy Moss was diagnosed with liver cancer.

Moss had reportedly been dealing with health issues throughout the past week, and admitted as such during ESPN’s Sunday NFL Countdown show. On Friday, Adam Schefter of ESPN released a statement saying that the Hall of Famer would be stepping away from his analyst duties to handle the matter.

Moss played for the then-Oakland Raiders in 2005 and 2006, but is best known for his tenures with the Minnesota Vikings (1998-2004) and the New England Patriots (2007-2010). A six-time Pro Bowler and three-time All Pro, Moss still holds the single-season touchdown record with 23 in 2007.
