Barnett, a first round selection by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2017 NFL Draft, finished the 2023 season with the Texans after getting released by the Eagles.
The former Vol, who is Tennessee's all-time leader in career sacks, had a terrific finish to the season in Houston. Barnett totaled 2.5 sacks and 11 quarterback hits in just six games with the Texans.
Barnett, who turns 28 this summer, appears to have his NFL career back on track after struggling with injuries and poor performance during his last couple of seasons in Philadelphia.
