Four Falcons receive All-Pro honors

The Falcons 2025 campaign was mostly a supreme disappointment, but there were a lot of individual performances that deserved respect, and several of them received that recognition in the form of All-Pro honors. Those were announced today, with four Falcons named All-Pros — Bijan Robinson, Jessie Bates III, Chris Lindstrom, and Kyle Pitts.

Robinson was the only player named a first-team All-Pro, and no running back was more deserving. In his third NFL season, he paced the league in yards from scrimmage with 2,298, breaking the Falcons franchise record in the process. Had Atlanta enjoyed a little more team success, Robinson likely would have been at the forefront of the Offensive Player of the Year conversation, but this feels like the first of many accolades the star running back will collect over what will hopefully be a lengthy career with the Falcons.

The most surprising selection, at least compared to preseason expectations, is Kyle Pitts, who earned second-team honors after hauling in 88 catches for 928 yards and five touchdowns. The former fourth overall pick started the year slowly but really came on down the stretch after Kirk Cousins was named the starting quarterback. Over the final six games of the season, Pitts recorded 39 catches for 469 yards and four touchdowns. He is now positioned to receive a handsome payday this offseason as he enters free agency, whether it’s from the Falcons or another team.

For Bates, this marks his third All-Pro selection and his second with the Falcons. He has been everything the team hoped for since signing him in free agency three years ago, and it will be interesting to see how Atlanta approaches his future as he enters the final year of his contract.

Lindstrom has now made four straight Pro Bowls and has been named a second-team All-Pro in each of those seasons. From a consistency standpoint, it’s hard to find an interior offensive lineman who has been better. He has missed just one game over that span and continues to anchor the right side of the line, particularly in the run game, as one of the best run-blocking guards in football.
