The UFC has announced the signing of Olympic gold medalist and two-time NCAA champion Gable Steveson.
Steveson appeared cageside in Miami at UFC 327 alongside his mentor and training partner, Jon Jones. The 25-year-old is now set to make his highly anticipated promotional debut on July 11, 2026, as a featured attraction of International Fight Week. Steveson carries a perfect 3-0 professional record, with all three victories coming by way of first-round knockout.
Gable made his debut in September 2025 at LFA 217, stopping Braden Peterson in dominant fashion. In October 2025, Steveson made an appearance for Dirty Boxing Championship (DBX)—the striking-only promotion co-owned by Mike Perry. Steveson needed only 15 seconds to secure a knockout. While an opponent has not yet been named, the stage for Steveson’s arrival is set for the biggest week in the MMA calendar.
