The New York Giants are looking for a new starting quarterback. While the team has made other great free agency moves, such as the additions of cornerback Paulson Adebo and safety Jevon Holland, the quarterback position remains a major need.

Most notably, the Giants have been heavily connected to both Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson.

However, there is a chance that New York could miss on both of those veteran signal callers.

If they do end up missing out on both of them, where could the Giants turn?

A former Super Bowl MVP and current 40-year-old quarterback could become a legitimate option.

Paul Schwartz of the New York Post has suggested that Joe Flacco could become an option for New York if both Rodgers and Wilson decide to head elsewhere.

"If the Giants miss out on Rodgers and Wilson, a player who might interest them is Joe Flacco," Schwartz wrote. "The 40-year-old played decently last season for the Colts, going 2-4 in six starts with 12 touchdown passes, seven interceptions and a passer rating of 90.5. Do the Giants want to see this scenario unfold? No, they do not. But they are running out of options."

In addition to the bit of Flacco news, Schwartz also revealed why the Giants hope to do in the 2025 NFL draft.

"They own the No. 3 pick in the draft, and their goal is to have the opportunity to select Cam Ward or Shedeur Sanders, trading up to No. 1 if they have to."

Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com also recently reported that Flacco is an option for the Cleveland Browns.
