Green Bay Packers 7 Round Mock Draft
Reese Strickland-Imagn Images

It’s officially that time of year. Free agency has mostly quieted down, and draft discourse is starting to heat up. You all know what that means. It’s mock draft season baby! At this point, if the Green Bay Packers want to further improve their roster, they’ll likely have to do it through the draft. So, let’s ring in the season and move our focus to the draft. I’ll attach my first full mock draft here with thoughts on each player included.

Domonique Orange – DT Iowa State

I would be elated with this pick at 52. Orange is a mammoth in the middle of the defensive line, but he’s also a stud athlete. Orange, nicknamed Big Citrus, squatted 650 pounds and benched 450 pounds last summer. Those insane numbers were good enough to earn a spot on Bruce Feldman’s annual “Freaks List” in 2025.

With that strength, Orange played a vast majority of his snaps right in the A gaps last year. At 6’4” 325, he’s got more than enough of the size required to do so at a high level. When Orange keeps his leverage and stays low, his natural force is really hard for lineman to contain. He’s got the presence to hold up against double teams, and he routinely molly-whops single blockers.

Slotting Orange in right between Devonte Wyatt and Javon Hargrave would supercharge this defensive line, and fill the biggest hole on this team. Count me in.

Devin Moore – CB Florida

Devin Moore is one of the biggest corners in this draft class. He comes in at 6’3”, just over 200 pounds, and has almost 32” arms. That is a big corner.

However, even at that size, it doesn’t feel like Moore sacrifices any quickness or fluidity. I know this is a somewhat long video, but I’d encourage you to watch the whole thing just to get a feel for his unreal movement skills. 6’3” corners don’t normally move like this. Devin Moore does. Questions with his health cause him to drop, and I get him in round 3 of this mock draft.

Trey Zuhn – OL Texas A&M

3 years ago I would have been uber confident this guy would be on the Green Bay Packers radar. Zuhn is the exact type of prospect they used to draft all the time. He was an incredibly successful and very experienced college tackle, who also filled in at center for the Aggies when injuries elsewhere forced them to shuffle their line.

On top of this, Zuhn is a better pass blocker than run blocker. In fact, he might have been the best pass blocking lineman in the NCAA last season. Zuhn earned a 96.8 pass blocking grade last season, and also earned an elite grade on true pass sets. That’s tough to beat.

I think Zuhn has 5 position versatility on the offensive line. They could allow him to try at tackle first, and if he fails, then the interior would be his fallback. Zuhn’s deficiencies as a gap scheme run blocker could force him down the Packers board, but I’ll happily take him in round 4 of this mock draft.

Nadame Tucker – EDGE Western Michigan

I have a real thing for hyperproductive pass rushers from small schools. Every year I fall for one, and this year it’s Tucker.

Tucker had 14 sacks in 2025 and turned in an elite pass rushing grade. You might knock him for playing at a small school, but what if I told you that he also kicked butt at the Senior Bowl? If I’m the Green Bay Packers, I’d draft Tucker here and throw him in the Micah Parsons School of Pass Rushing alongside Barryn Sorrell and Collin Oliver.

Jager Burton – C Kentucky

Burton played hundreds of snaps at both guard spots in 2023 and 2024 before settling in at center this past season. After making the switch to center, Burton turned in the best season of his career.

I thought Burton got better as the season went along, and I think his best football is in front of him. Getting him here in this mock draft gives the Green Bay Packers some needed insurance for Sean Rhyan.

Toriano Pride Jr. – CB Missouri

At this point in the draft, you aren’t going to find a complete player. Pride definitely isn’t complete, but he can really go zoom zoom. Pride Jr. ran a 4.32 40 yard dash at the NFL combine. Throw in the fact that he allowed only a 44% completion percentage last year, and that’s a steal of a player in the 7th round of this mock draft.

Cameron Ball – DT Arkansas

Big (325lbs), long(33” arms), and has some juice as a pass rusher(8.2% pass rush win rate). Ball has the physical tools to survive in the NFL and the size needed to line up all across the defensive line. The Green Bay Packers should be all over that.
