The Green Bay Packers have emerged as a top potential landing spot for Philadelphia Eagles left guard Landon Dickerson ahead of the NFL trade deadline, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.
Fowler assigns the three-time Pro Bowl lineman a 25 percent chance of being dealt, listing the Packers and Los Angeles Chargers as the best fits.
The Chargers sit at 0-5, which leaves Green Bay as the clearer destination for the 28-year-old.
The Packers previously pursued Indianapolis Colts left guard Quenton Nelson before the Colts traded him to the Seattle Seahawks.
Green Bay’s interior offensive line has rotated through several starters this season.
Donovan Jennings opened the year at left guard, Aaron Banks started in Week 2, Jager Burton took over in Week 3, and Laken Tomlinson has started more recently.
Veteran Kevin Zeitler, signed last month, has remained on the sidelines for most of his time in Green Bay as the team manages injuries and depth at right guard.
Dickerson signed a three-year, $58.5 million restructured deal this offseason and remains under contract through 2028 with option years.
He started the season opener before a knee injury forced him onto injured reserve after Week 1.
Dickerson returned for Monday Night Football against the Dallas Cowboys and held up well in that appearance.
“Something feels off between the Eagles and Dickerson, one of the holdovers from the Jeff Stoutland offensive front. He recently took what appeared to be a passive-aggressive shot at the front office over his long-term outlook with the franchise. The Eagles are in a position to recoup draft capital for the future and are going younger on the offensive line. A mix of erratic play and injuries could affect his value, but he has Pro Bowl traits, his guarantees run dry next year, and he held up well in his return for ‘Monday Night Football’ against the Cowboys,” Fowler wrote.
His guarantees largely expire after this season, and the contract structure leaves an acquiring team with roughly $742,000 in 2026 cap responsibility.
Philadelphia already traded center Cam Jurgens to the Baltimore Ravens and has signaled a shift toward younger players up front.
Dickerson has logged 4,816 career snaps at left guard and allowed 32 pressures last season across 835 snaps.
A potential deal would give Green Bay a proven starter at a position that has lacked consistency while allowing the Eagles to add draft capital as they rebuild the unit.
The trade deadline is approaching, and the Packers continue to seek stability along the offensive line as they push for the postseason.
