The NFL Draft is always an exciting time for football fans, but one top insider believes this year's event could be as unpredictable as ever.
Taking to social media ahead of Thursday's first-round festivities, NFL Media's Ian Rapoport gave his impressions of the 2025 class and how things in the first round could shake out.
"A little over 24 hours to go until the Draft and this is clear: There is less consensus on players this year than any year I can remember," Rapoport shared. "There are probably 50 players who could go in the first round’s final 12 spots. There will be top players for some who slide to the 20s."

Fans reacted to Rapoport's Wednesday post the night before the draft.
"Gonna be a lot of shocking picks and Im here for it," a user said.
"Agree," another commented. "You can get the same player at 60 as you'll get at 20."
"Sounds like a lot of potential chaos," A to Z Sports replied. "Going to be a fun one."
"There's so many rumors and uncertainty this year," a fan pointed out.
"Lacking top end talent but a lot of quality starters in this draft," another person claimed.
"Is it just me or does everyone know the least amount of this draft class than any other," another user asked.
"Day 2 is gonna be one of the best day 2's we've seen in a while," another fan proclaimed.
Rapoport is going to be a busy man tomorrow night once the picks start rolling in. You can check out the NFL Network's draft coverage Thursday at 8 PM ET, Friday at 6 PM ET and Saturday at noon ET.
