The 2024 season didn't end the way the Minnesota Vikings wanted it to. Despite being just one game away from earning the number one seed in the NFC, they scored just 18 points in the final two games and saw their season end in the wild card round.
It felt like a disappointing season after the loss, which is kinda weird. The Vikings finished the season 14-3 in a year where they had a win total of just 6.5. Nobody saw it coming and the ride was great.
However, it's not the end of the road for this team, as they are beginning the journey of the 2025 season.
The Vikings seem to be very motivated going into the offseason and local media got a chance to watch workouts and talk to some players. One of those was Jonathan Greenard, who was the inspiration behind a shirt that multiple people are wearing in the building with the phrase "More Is Required." That came from a tweet the day after the Vikings' season ended.
MORE IS REQUIRED.

Back to that lab
The energy from TCO Performance Center was there, including them working really hard to get in the best shape for the season.
"Just being here so far with the workouts, just see the guys already here working, how hard they're working. And, you know, I've been around guys, you know, they're up and down, you they could be taking a kind of cruise control at this point, and kind of getting to that point where it gets to the nitty gritty, and then you got guys like this. But now I'm going on two years, the guys are literally, I'm working in to you would think that we got a game sometimes we have to kind of scale it back sometimes. But just the intentions, the attention to detail, their intentions as well, trying to put their best foot forward and be the better version themselves."
Already talking about having to scale it back is a great sign for the Vikings, especially since they are living up to the mantra of "More Is Required" already.
