As expected, the Miami Dolphins are entering a new era with a clean slate.
New GM Jon-Eric Sullivan got his tenure started by parting ways with several veterans, including Tyreek Hill.
Hill suffered a season-ending injury in 2025, but he remains optimistic about his recovery and return to the field.
That's why Kansas City Chiefs star Chris Jones believes the table is set for a homecoming.
"It's time," Jones tweeted at Hill with a clock emoji.
Hill has teased a return to Missouri for the past couple of years, and even though he's 31 and coming off a major injury, he vowed to come back stronger in his farewell to Dolphins Nation.
"The Cheetah don’t slow down. Ever," Hill wrote on an Instagram post. "So to everyone wondering what’s next… just wait on it. The Cheetah will be back…Born Again."
The Chiefs brought back offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy and will most likely have Travis Kelce in town for at least another season. They also don't have any bona fide pass catchers other than Rashee Rice, so the table is definitely set for a reunion.
Hill became the deadliest big-play specialist in the game during his days with Andy Reid's team, helping them win Super Bowl LIV.
He spent six years with the Chiefs before his shocking trade to South Beach, and now, four seasons later, it looks like it's time for the former fifth-round pick to go full circle and return to the place where it all started.
